Nice article and nice blog. I'll enjoy watching your progress.

Nancy d - good point about the walk and getting a bit of nature to un-stick yourself.

Hi Ben, I enjoyed your article on ZenHabits. I'm not a blogger (yet!) but I am a writer and one effective antidote I'd like to suggest to that mental block is hiking, or at least a good long walk. I don't know how it works; it just seems that giving that wordsmith part of your brain a rest and doing something physical -- which also has a visual aspect (take a good look at those trees or whatever you're seeing out there!) -- is beneficial.
I wish you the best of luck with your blog.

@ Caroline, Right now I'm not really sure what happens at the end of the year and it may depend on whether or not I reach my goal. I've really enjoyed writing here so I'll probably continue (with a change of the description line obviously) but nothing is set in stone yet.

@ Catherine, thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the post!

Something I have always wondered about Ben, is what happens to your blog at the end of the year's experiment?
