A good example of his sales skills was when he went on a sales call with Andy. He was working the customer just right until big mouth Andy screwed it up.Also, he's very creative. Look at the various video presentations he's done. He's wild and crazy and willing to try new things but having him relatively unrestrained without a good balance in a management position is the problem. And what makes him so funny. He's a typical manager who's been promoted beyond his skill set.

Sure, sales is what Michael is good at. I mean on the one hand Michael has to have gotten to his position somehow right? On the other, it's not like Michael is just run down, he's psychotic and that's what makes it hilarious. I really think they were trying to play up the Jim turning into Michael angle too much and sacrificed a bit of Michael's character. That being said, an expert at sales and marketing, Frank? Are you serious?

I have mixed feelings about it. I mean on the one hand Michael has to have gotten to his position somehow right? Underneath it all he's an expert at sales and marketing and a very caring person.I took the Dunder Mifflin Infinity thing to be a commentary on how technology for technology's sake alone isn't a good idea.My favorite character though is Creed. If you put him in blogging terms he would probably be a black/gray hat splogger or MFA'er who also sells get rich quick ebooks. :)

Micheal may overrate himself, be very quirky and go overboard quickly but he’s also often very underrated by others like Jan, Ryan and David Wallace.
