Just quickly, Cost to me wasn’t an issue or deciding factor, just because someone has an add for 1/2 the price with twice the readers doesn’t mean that’s better value. I’m stating the obvious in saying that but i think people still overlook it regularly.

Well thanks Ben, i wasn`t expecting to see my head looking back at me when i logged on this morning.

$60 for an add on this site is great value. I didn`t look at page views versus rss subscribers blah blah blah when i took Ben up on the offer for a little advertising. I looked at the quality of the site and it`s content and the readers it attracts. There are thousands of sites out there that can boast more stats etc but they don`t have the same visual appeal or quality of article, that`s just my opinion of course.

The to get a bonus `article` on being the first advertiser, well that`s another bonus again isn`t it.

Congrats on selling the ad spot, it’s certainly an original ad, I’ve not seen it anywhere else. On a related note, I’m seeing just about every blogging blogger under the sun do reviews of other blogs now, are these for the value of the review itself, or are they mainly to drive traffic? I fail to see what the fuss is about.

The jump in your reviewme price is based on RSS. I’m set at $60 for reviewme with no RSS stars but I do have 2 “ranking” stars.
