As I’ve mentioned a few times on this blog, you’ve got to have your priorities straight and nothing is more important to me than my family. So, I’ve decided to take this week off blogging and spend some extra time with my family and do a few things to gear up for the coming year. I may end up not being able to help myself and posting here or there but it certainly won’t be the every day occurrence you’ve all come to expect. If you find yourself needing a bit of a blogging fix, here’s a list of the activities I’ll be doing to get myself ready for the new year:
Basically I want to have a firm grasp on where I’m headed in the new year. I’ll be about half way through this experiment which is a bit of a double edged sword. While it means time has flown by, it also means that as much work as I’ve done so far, I’ve got at least that much more to do!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know what to expect this week. Have a Merry Christmas and I’ll see you in the New Year! As always, feel free to share what (if any) steps you’re taking to prepare yourself or your blogs for the coming year in the comments below.

5Merry Christmas Ben and everyone!
Sounds like a well deserved break for you. I am kind of in the same boat, though I try to get at least one post up everyday to keep the sponsors happy.
I also am working on some goals for 2008, but one of my goals for this year still is to get a few projects completed (including a new redesign for KC). I think my “blogging time” will probably focus on that area for the last week of the year, so I can start fresh in 2008.
