This is one of the best social media posts I’ve read. Every word is exactly what should be advocated – good, usable, easy to read content! These same ideas came to me when I began a “startup weblog” titled Generation Y – 20 Somethings. I wanted to make people who were scared to read blogs (like I was) because of the crazy, unusable, unreadable format – to learn to love weblogs which ARE good. =) Jason Peck’s blog which won the Blog Contest is great!

Also I don’t know how to get people to comment either…I guess it just take time. “Plant the seed, let it grow”? I just started the site 4 days ago and have a few hundred visitors already…is that good or bad? I want to like see the fruits of my labor LOL.

Can’t remember which blog I was on, but ‘it’ allowed editing of the comment for 180 seconds. Very cool feature that. Especially for people like me who never proof read. (Except now off course…)

Another simple question how do you encourage people to comment. Simple I know but I seem to be unable to attract commentators.

I’m looking for answers that do not included the word ‘content’
